Policy
Email and Anti-Spam Policy
1. Prohibition on unsolicited bulk email
NorthBridge Financial Group does not send, authorise, commission or tolerate unsolicited bulk commercial email, and none of our domains may be advertised by such messages. This prohibition applies equally to our employees, our contractors, our affiliates, and any third party acting on our behalf.
2. Business correspondence
We conduct business-to-business correspondence with named professionals at identified companies regarding mergers, acquisitions and capital transactions. Every message we send:
- identifies NorthBridge Financial Group as the sender and uses a genuine, monitored reply address;
- carries our registered postal address above;
- carries a working one-click unsubscribe link, honoured within one business day and permanently;
- states accurately who we are and why we are writing, with no deceptive subject line, header or sender name.
3. How we obtain addresses
We do not purchase, rent, trade or harvest email address lists. We do not use dictionary attacks or automated address generation. Addresses are obtained from publicly available professional and corporate sources, and are researched individually.
4. Opt-out and suppression
A request to stop, by any means, is honoured permanently and across every campaign and sending domain we operate. Suppression is irreversible.
5. Third parties
No affiliate, reseller, lead vendor or partner is authorised to advertise any NorthBridge domain in email. We have no affiliate programme.
6. Reporting abuse
Report any message believed to breach this policy to abuse@northbridge.financial. We investigate every report and respond.
7. Compliance
We operate in accordance with the US CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and applicable equivalent legislation.
